Terms and Conditions

By choosing to commission me, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to my Terms of Service.General
- Turnaround time for digital artwork is generally 1-4 weeks. However, this will vary from offer to offer. (You will be notified in advance if a piece may take longer.)
- Slots are provided on a first come, first serve basis. If my queue is full, you will have the option to be put on a wait list.
- At least 50% of the commission must be paid before I begin to work on the piece. The remaining 50% must be paid after the sketch has been approved for line work.
- Unless full creative freedom is explicitly given, you will be updated during each stage of the commission. I will not proceed onto the next stage without prior approval!
- Unless otherwise stated, up to 3 small changes and 1 major change are included in any commission at no extra charge.
- Further changes to your commission may be subject to additional fees.
- I may decline your commission for any reason not specified.
- These terms may be subject to change.Usage
- Commissioned artwork is for personal use only unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon by both parties. You cannot claim ownership, edit, or profit from the artwork in any way. You may post or use the commission on personal social media; however, you must credit me appropriately. No artwork provided may be used for NFTs or any form of AI training.
- I reserve the right to post commissions on social media or within my portfolio. If you wish to keep a commission private until a certain date (e.g. it is a surprise for a friend), please let me know!Refund Policy
- If I cannot complete your commission, I will let you know and issue you a full refund. If you decide to cancel the commission in its early stages (such as while the sketch is in progress), a 25% kill fee will be deducted from the refund total. No refunds will be given for completed or half completed commissions.Will Draw
